AI Usage Policy

AI Usage Policy.

We build AI systems that earn trust. This policy sets the responsibilities and limits around the intelligence we deploy.

1. Use of AI

The Creativity Lab actively uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), both in our own work processes and in the solutions we build for clients. This policy applies to all AI systems, agents, assistants, automations and generated content we design, build or operate for clients.

2. AI in our services

  • Generating and optimising content and copy.
  • Building AI chatbots for customer service.
  • Automating business processes and workflows.
  • Code assistance in website development.
  • Data analysis and the generation of insights.

3. Human review

Parts of the content on this website and in our deliverables may be generated (in part) with the help of AI. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions or bias. All AI-generated content is reviewed, edited and approved by us before it is published or delivered. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final AI outputs before they are published, sent or acted upon in production.

4. Ownership of AI outputs

Subject to full payment, generated assets produced for a project are delivered to the client as project deliverables. Underlying models, third-party services and our reusable tooling remain owned by their respective providers and by us.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, harmful, deceptive or fraudulent AI implementations.
  • No generation of content that infringes third-party rights or privacy.
  • No use of AI to impersonate, manipulate or surveil individuals unlawfully.

6. Our right to refuse

The Creativity Lab reserves the right to decline or stop any AI request that is unethical, unlawful, or that materially conflicts with our values or applicable law.

7. Accuracy & no guarantee

AI technology is powerful but not perfect. AI can make mistakes, "hallucinate" information (present fabricated information as fact) or provide outdated information. Data may be processed by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and others); where possible we choose privacy-respecting solutions. We engineer guardrails, evaluation and monitoring, but we do not guarantee that AI outputs will be fully accurate, complete or fit for every purpose. Although we use AI as a tool, human review and responsibility always remain.
