01Privacy
This website has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising technology and no database. The contact and booking forms do not post to a server: they open a message in your own mail application addressed to hello@thecreativitylab.nl, and you send it yourself. The AI Concierge runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing.
The longer document also covers the part that matters to clients: how personal data, prompts, uploads, API traffic and logs are handled inside the AI systems we build and operate, and who is responsible for what.
02Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind. It keeps five small values in your browser so that it works and remembers your language and your consent choice, and none of them are sent anywhere. Dutch telecommunications law covers browser storage as well as cookies, which is why they are all listed by name.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences control in the footer of every page.
03Terms
The content of this site belongs to The Creativity Lab and may not be reused commercially without permission, including as training data for a machine learning model. Nothing on the site is a binding offer: scope, pricing and terms are agreed in writing per project.
Case studies marked as demo describe fictional clients with illustrative numbers. CalcAI is marked as a live product because it is one. Dutch law applies.
04AI usage
We build with AI, so we describe honestly where it helps, where it is the wrong instrument, and who stays accountable for the output. AI output is probabilistic and can be confidently wrong, which is why anything with a real consequence is checked by a person before it takes effect.
We do not claim perfect accuracy, guaranteed automation, guaranteed regulatory compliance or zero data retention. This website itself uses no AI provider at all.
