The numbers, in context.

Marketing sites round up. This page is where we round back down and tell you exactly which figures are real, which are illustrative, and what none of them predict.

Read alongside the terms of use and the AI usage policy, which carry the detail behind several of these points.

Illustrative figures

Three figures on the home page are illustrative rather than measured: the share of manual work removed, the annual cost saving and the average client return. Each one says so in its own caption. None of them is taken from a real engagement.

An illustrative figure is not a benchmark, an average or a promise. It shows the kind of outcome the work aims at, written to be realistic rather than flattering, and it will be replaced the moment we have a measured number to put there instead.

What is real

CalcAI is our own product, designed, built and operated by the AI Lab, and it is marked as a live product rather than a demo. Its figures describe that product and are measurable in its codebase.

Every case study on this site is a real engagement. There are no fictional clients and no invented case results.

Where we describe our way of working, our services or our approach, that is a straight description of what we do. Where we describe an outcome, check the label on the case first.

AI output is not advice

Anything produced by an AI system, whether ours or one we built for a client, is generated output. It can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and it should be checked by a person before anything depends on it.

The AI Concierge on this site is a scripted panel running in your browser. It has no access to your account, your project or any live information, and its answers are general information about our work.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, medical or regulatory advice, including the legal pages themselves. They describe how we work and what we do with data. They are not a compliance assessment of your situation.

For your own obligations, ask someone qualified to advise on them. We are happy to sit in that conversation and explain how the system works.

Estimates and timelines

Indications of duration, effort, saving or cost given before a project starts are estimates based on what we know at that moment. They change as the real process, the real data and the real edge cases come into view. Fixed commitments live in the agreement, not on a web page.

External products and links

Where we mention a third-party tool, platform or model provider, that is a description rather than an endorsement, and it says nothing about how they will behave for you. We do not control their availability, their pricing or their terms, and those can change without notice.

Accuracy of this site

We keep this site accurate and current with real care, and it will still occasionally be out of date or contain a mistake. If you find one, telling us is genuinely welcome, and correcting it is faster than you would expect: hello@thecreativitylab.nl.

The Creativity Lab would rather be trusted than impressive. If a claim on this site looks unsupported, challenge it at hello@thecreativitylab.nl.
