Custom dashboards and internal tools that show everything, in real time

We build premium, real-time dashboards and internal tools that pull data from every system you run, so the number you look at is the number you can act on. One screen, one source of truth, no more spreadsheets stitched together by hand.

Most companies do not have a data problem. They have a visibility problem. The numbers exist, but they live in a CRM here, an accounting package there, a webshop somewhere else, and a dozen spreadsheets in between. Someone spends a day a week copying it all into a report that is already out of date by the time it lands. A custom dashboard ends that. We connect to the systems you already use, model the data properly, and put the decisions you make every week onto one calm, fast, reliable screen.

  • Your data is scattered across systems: The truth about your business lives in five different tools, and none of them talk to each other. To answer one simple question you open three tabs and a spreadsheet.
  • You run the business on manual spreadsheets: Every week someone rebuilds the same report by hand. It is slow, it breaks the moment that person is on holiday, and one wrong cell quietly skews the whole picture.
  • Decisions are made on gut feel: Because the real numbers are too much work to pull together, you decide on instinct and last quarter memory. Sometimes that is right. The cost of when it is wrong is the part you never see.
  • Problems are spotted too late: A margin that slipped, a client going quiet, capacity running out: by the time it surfaces in the monthly report, weeks have passed and the easy fix is gone.
  • Teams argue over conflicting numbers: Sales reports one figure, finance reports another, and the meeting becomes a debate about whose spreadsheet is right instead of what to do next.
  • Real-time KPI dashboards: Live dashboards that surface the metrics that actually run your business: revenue, margin, pipeline, cash, capacity, churn. Refreshed continuously, so the screen always reflects where you stand right now, not where you stood last Monday.
  • Custom internal tools: When a dashboard is not enough, we build the tool around it: planning boards, approval flows, intake forms, internal portals. Software shaped to how your team actually works, instead of bending your process to fit generic software.
  • Data integration from all systems: We connect your CRM, accounting, webshop, ERP, ad platforms and databases through their APIs, so everything flows into one place automatically. No exports, no copy-paste, no manual stitching at the end of the month.
  • Role-based access: Every person sees exactly what they should and nothing they should not. Sales sees pipeline, finance sees margin, the owner sees all of it. Clean permissions per role, so one tool can serve the whole company safely.
  • Automated reporting: The weekly and monthly report writes itself. Scheduled exports, email digests and board-ready overviews generated from the same single source, saving the 100+ hours a year your team now loses to manual reporting.
  • AI insights: Beyond showing the numbers, the dashboard can explain them: anomalies flagged automatically, plain-language summaries, and early signals on what is trending up or down before it shows in the monthly figures.

Why a custom dashboard beats a templated one

Tools like Power BI and Tableau are powerful, but they are a starting point, not a finished product. Someone still has to model your data, build every connection, design every view and maintain it as your business changes. Done well, that is a real project. Done quickly off a template, you get a dashboard that technically works but never quite matches how you actually run things.

We build around your decisions, not around a chart library. We start with the questions you ask every week, work back to the data that answers them, and design the screen so the answer is the first thing you see. The result reads like it was made for your business, because it was.

It is also yours. A custom build runs on your stack, fits your security and access rules, and is not held hostage by per-seat licensing that climbs every time you add a colleague. You own the tool, the data model and the roadmap.

  • Real-time: Data refreshed continuously, not weekly
  • 1: Single source of truth across every team
  • 100+ hrs/yr: Manual reporting time given back
  • 3–6 wk: From first call to a dashboard in use

Questions, answered properly.

What does a custom dashboard cost?

It depends on how many systems we connect and how much logic sits behind the views, so we scope it after one conversation rather than quote blind. As a frame, this is a serious investment in clarity, not a per-seat subscription, and most clients earn it back through the reporting time they stop losing and the decisions they stop getting wrong.

Which systems can it connect to?

Almost anything with an API: CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, accounting tools like Exact and Moneybird, webshops like Shopify and WooCommerce, ERPs, ad platforms, and your own databases. If a system has no clean API, we find a reliable route to the data instead of pretending it does not exist.

How long does it take?

A focused dashboard with a handful of connections is typically in use within 3 to 6 weeks. Larger internal tools with custom workflows take longer, and we always deliver in stages so you get something useful early rather than waiting months for one big launch.

How is this different from Power BI or Tableau?

Those are tools we may use under the hood, but they are not the product. The product is a finished, designed system built around your business, with the data modelled correctly and the views shaped to your decisions. Buying the software is the easy part. Making it actually answer your questions, reliably and clearly, is the work we do.

Who maintains it afterwards?

You choose. We can hand it over fully documented so your own team runs it, or stay on as the team that keeps the connections healthy, adds new views and adapts the tool as your business changes. Either way the dashboard is yours, with no lock-in to us.

Is the data really real-time?

Yes, within the limits of what each source allows. Where a system supports live access we read it live, and where it only updates on a schedule we sync as often as it permits. In practice you look at numbers that are current, not a snapshot from last week.
